Media Training
Conventional media outlets such as print, radio and television have traditionally provided a rather limited outlet for artists in the entertainment industries to gain exposure for the latest project, event or release. However, the digital evolution has created substantial new digital media platforms which allow artists within the entertainment industries greater opportunity to gain media exposure; not only to targeted specific audiences but also audiences they would not expect to reach or would anticipate engaging with their creative talents.
Neon Marketing has developed a series of sessions to empower creative professionals to engage with different media platforms.
Whether it is to brush up on presentation and delivery skills, or learning the basics of social media; each session is individually designed depending upon the need. There are general presentation and media training courses which are setup for b2b delivery, however none of these allow artists to embrace and exploit media outlets.
Neon Marketing sessions enable artists to utilise these outlets to gain the exposure they need in order to maximise their own publicity as well as provide media platforms with the interesting and exciting content they require.
There are several different sessions available:
Session One – Interview techniques and public speaking:
This session is focused on maximising your ability to deliver a message in a clear and engaging manner. The session includes:
Clarity of speech, tone and pace
Projecting you and your voice (including body language)
Modulation
Considering different audiences when delivering
At the end of the session each artist is provided with crib notes in a pocket guide which they can use to refer to and refresh their knowledge.
Session Two – Understanding and working the media
